The Research And Implementation Of Shark-Based Dynamic Workflow Management System

As the booming of the economy and changes in market conditions, production and operation of enterprises was put forword higher requirements. Workflow allows businesses to find ways and means to optimize workflow, its application in the enterprise business will bring huge benefits.At present, office automation of enterprises has become increasingly demanding. Domestic and foreign researchers have proposed a lot of workflow model. In many workflow models, activity of multi-instance model is a very important one. The model is defined as one activity can have more than one activated the running activity instance. It includes four types:multiple instances without synchronization, multiple instances with a priori design time knowledge, multiple instances with a priori runtime knowledge and multiple instances without a priori runtime knowledge.This article describes the theoretical foundation of workflow technology and analyzes the function modules, working mechanism, work models and a variety of API of Shark workflow engine. On this basis, for common business needs of office processes of the Beijing KuanMing Technology Co., Ltd., the Shark workflow engine was once again developed and was verified the basic functions of it. The system was increased support for WEB API functions and the web-based Shark workflow engine management and monitoring system were developed. According to user needs, some functionalities of Shark were expanded (For example, tasks delegated, activity multi-instances and rollback). Finally, relevant concepts and models of multiple instances of the workflow activites are briefly introduced and the realization method is elaborated frome two aspects which are process modeling and workflow engine.Now, this system is used by businesses and has good effect.
