The electric transasion management information system of JiNing electric power company is to realize the enterprise management and operation goal and is to enhance business management level.It is a global electric transasion service management information system. It can produce each kind of work ticket accurately and manage easily.Users can maintain each kind of file data and running information. It can satisfy the demand of the users in usability, sophistication and reliability. It can enhance electric power company's management level and economic efficiency effectively.The thesis elaborates the management systems'target, design strategy and implementation details. It contains following parts:Part I: Requirement analysis. Rational Unified Process or RUP is used as development tool to analyze and configure software development process; The Unified Modeling Language or UML is used as standard language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems, we sort out the business model, functional requirements and non-functional requirements.Part II: Framework design.To achieve the structure goal of the system, it followed RUP software development process and the entire process of implementation of the quality control.It made some constraints in the design strategy, development strategy, technical specifications, platform specifications.In the constraints it made the overall framework, functional framework, application framework, deployment framework and security framework.Part III: design in detail.It is the detail design about the system framework design.On the demand specifications and framework design, it used UML diagram during design process and made further design in the class and objects of the system usecases,and defined the attributes and methods of the classes.In this part ,it mainly described the design process and method.It designed six modules which are: system management, equipment account management, equipment running management ,group management, comprehensive report ordering system, comprehensive ordering management.Part IV: Implementation detail. The system considered emphatically the data conformity management standardization, the informationization, the network realization.It is to make the information management work more scientific, more standarded,more effective.It mainly used the following technologies in the system : business flow, control,view seperated; data conformity processing; jurisdiction control label management; database lasting level middleware; data link pond management; rich client side technology; page non-revolution request processing; XML data alternately. In this part we mainly described the defect management in explaining the requirement analysis, detail design and implementation technology.The system has been widely used in JiNing. It is proved that the system have rich functions,and it is easy to use. The electricity supply can be well covered in this system. It can improve the efficiency and management level.
