The system includes frequency measuring,voltage testing,capacity testing and so on . It can synthetically measure external signal. The logical control unit of the system are integrated in SCM and CPLD. The integrated density of the circuit is improved greatly. The paper mainly discussed the frequency design system .It is emphasis that improved signal first handle circuit. This circuit has finely amplification plastic function.
