The major work of this project: Research on software platform of temperature & humidity control system based on Linux.The hardware platform used in this project includes: main controller module implemented by ARM experimental board integrated S3C44B0, input/output module implemented by colorful LCD with touch screen, controlled object module (temperature & humidity room) implemented by power supply. The main researching works are: transplanting operation system boot program and embedded uCLinux, developing drivers for I/O devices, developing network communication program. At last, this project implementing a steady software platform for developing advanced program of control system and GUI (graphic user interface).The paper has four parts. First part introduces running principle of temperature & humidity control system,development of embedded system and developing environment. Second part introduces technical details of transplanting,reducing embedded uCLinux, and system booting process. Surrounding the developing methods to Linux device drivers, third part introduces the development of drivers for several controlling devices, and this part is the most important part. The final part introduces the programming method to network communication program. Network communication is the necessary technology of development, and also the foundation of remote control.Because of software platform shielding bottom hardware details of embedded control system, development of advanced user program becomes easer. At the same time, transplanting and updating process becomes convenient.
