Now the matriculation of many domestic colleges adopt the mode"online registration",lots of qualification and society examinations establish Web sites for registration. But with the limits of a variety of factors, the mode of online registration is still imperfect, it still resorts to the others traditional means. The technology of oversea developed countries is more advanced, they can implement all kinds of registration procedures through the network. In my country, because of the laggard management and technical means etc, 60 percent of examinations still adopt the traditional registration manner, that is to say, examinees must sign up in the examine spot. But for some scales and regular examinations, the traditional labor management mode can't meet efficient and accurate requirements, what's more, from the filling of the personal information, the payment of fee, the draw of the examination certificate, the emendation of the errors up to examination, the query of results, the draw of the certificate of approval. During the period, the examinees must go to the examination spot for a few times, this causes many unnecessary troubles and wastes. Now there are few systems that can complete the registration and the query of the result at the same time. So it is very imperative under the situation to develop a online registration system combining with the actual situation.The thesis introduces the means of object-Oriented analysis and design, it analyses the online registration system using the analyses of requirements, defined some use cases, static modeling and dynamic modeling by means of visualization modeling language-UML, modeling processs-RUP and modeling tool-ROSE. We help the developers understand system so as to constitute software system model that is easy to maintain, extend and reusable; it adopts B/S tri-level software system architecture, and is based on the .NET development platform, and ASP.NET server port language, ADO.NET data access technology, SQL server 2000 database, C# programming language for system developing.The online registration system provides more free, credible, safely good quality services for the examinees, and it can make examinations registration accomplish online, regularity, system, programming so as to improve the speed and accuracy of the treatment of information, what's more, we can query and know grading examination registration and the results more duly, accurately and effectively, and implement point to point between the examination sites and examinees.
