Desin And Implementation Of A Web-based Ncre Online Registration And Score Inquiry System

With the popularization of the National Computer Rank Examination (NCRE) inChina, the number of candidates has increased greatly in recent years. ShangqiuTeachers College test center undertakes NCRE examination management twice in eachyear, including heavy management workload especially for online registration andonline score inquiries. Although the stand-alone management system developed by TheNational Education Examinations Authority can accomplish administrative tasks, thereare disadvantages such as centralized management and poor infomationization. Thissituation not only increases the risk of registration error and score inqury error, but alsoreduces the test service management efficiency, hindering the further development ofNCRE.Based on the analysis of the current NCRE problems and with combination ofShangqiu Teachers College test center management requirements, using the. NETthree-tier architecture and MVC design pattern, a Web-based candidates registration andscore inquiry system for NCRE was designed and implemented, including candidatesonline registration, candidate management, online score inquiry, information bulletinmanagement. And functions for these systems were tested.System test results and the use effects showed that each system functions runcorrectly. This system can facilitate the online registration and score inquiry, improvethe test management efficiency and promote the entire NCRE infomationization to ahigher level.
