In recent years, the application of wireless communication is increasingly broad. The direction of it is higher frequency and wider band. The receiver, as an important part of the communication system, should have lo cost and be highly integrated. It should work with low power in a high frequency. The Analog part in the front is very important, because its topology has great affection to the receiver. CMOS circuits are perfect for they have low power, low cost and can be easily integrated. In order to fulfill the receiver system on a chip, CMOS process is a good choice to process the RF analog signal. The receivers have four common types of architectures: Heterodyne, Homodyne, Image-Reject and Digital-IF. Of course, the performance and the integrated extent vary with the variety of the receiver architectures.IC applied for lives is a new-and-high technology concerned the micro electronic technologies and the life sciences. People can improve their lives by restore their bodies with these ICs.The tasks in this paper are to design the Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) in a Bluetooth system with SMIC 0.18um CMOS process, the LNA and MIXER for mobile cell with AMS 0.35um BiCMOS process, and the Instrument Amplifier with CSMC 0.18um CMOS process. This paper first presents some content about the Bluetooth system along with the architecture and its performance-related specification. Then gives some structures of LNA based on input matching. The source inductor feedback structure is selected. The paper then focuses on noise analysis and optimization, and at last the simulation result and the measurement are both shown. This paper also introduces the design of chip combined by LNA and MIXER used in the PT837 mobile cell. After the analysis to the design specification, the circuits and the layout are given. At last, several architectures of the Operational Amplifier are discussed. Then the Instrument Amplifier is designed based on the discuss.
