The Design And Realization Of Remote Data Gather System Based On ARM And GPRS

With the more development of embedded system and wireless communication technology, which are based on embedded systems as the platforms and depend on wireless data transmit terminals, have been used widely. Remote Data gather system has gotten advanced development. It has developed into new gather mode which based on wireless communication to realize real-time and accurate of gather data.This paper has presented a wireless Remote Data gather system based on GPRS. In this system GPRS network is a medium for transmitting the remote data. Firstly, it presents detailed explanation of GPRS network's system structure and communication principle and network protocols. Secondly, it introduces the design of hardware and software in the embedded system. The project uses ARM embedded processor and SIM308 as the hardware platform. The uCLinux Operation System runs on the hardware platform. The software on PC based on Windows system, which can make the data of sending by embedded system display correctly. Finally, the Remote Data gather system was come true.
