Studies On Interior Regulations Of Publishing Houses

Whether interior regulations of publishing houses are scientific and efficient or not will influence their efficiency. At present,there are lots of studies about separate regulations,but it is rare to study regulations as a whole.Based on the deficits of present regulations of publishing houses, this thesis adopt theories of management science and communication in order to make a separate study of the main regulations of publishing houses, by using the methods of summarizing and analyzing empirically.Main contents of this thesis are included four sections.First of all, this thesis narrates the signification and characteristics of regulations of publishing houses,on this basis, analyzes it's functions.Subsequently, chiefly studies quality management regulations, printing management regulations,issue management regulations,personel management regulations and financing management regulations which are important in the process of publishing.At last, this thesis analyzes earning distribution regulations of lay press and account receivable regulations of Haitian's press.
