As one of the main criteria of the third generation cellular communication technology ,TD-SCDMA has entered an advanced stage in the technology,market,and the prospect.TD-SCDMA is China's first internationally recognized standards for communications.Compared with WCDMA and CDMA2000,TD-SCDMA has the advantages in spectrum efficiency,equipment costs and network planning.But TD-SCDMA adoptes 1.28Mbit/s chip rate(compared 3.84Mbit/s in WCDMA), and the same frequence in uplink and downlink.Although such way can save the frequency resources effectively,it is difficult to fully meet the needs of business users for high-speed multimedia in high-speed data transmission.WiMAX is based on the IEEE 802.16 standard-based solutions.It is a wireless broadband access technology that can provide data transmission rates of up to 70Mbit/s. Moreover,it can support mobile and VoIP-based voice business.WiMAX is mainly fixed, portable or mobile users with low-speed access services, the hot-spot areas to meet the needs of high-speed data.However,at present,high-speed mobile WiMAX does not support the seamless roaming.Taking into account both the technical standards are complementary,TD-SCDMA and WiMAX network will be able to provide to the users of mobile and high-quality voice service based on cellular technology,and enable users to enjoy high-speed data access on wireless broadband multimedia services.TD-SCDMA and WiMAX thus can become an efficient and effective network.This paper analyzes the way to integrate heterogeneous network,and the key technology group Gateway in this way.For switching technology is the most important technology in network integration,this paper presents a switching mechanism uses signal intensity,delaying level and beacon as a Switching benchmark judgment.Such a mechanism would effectively prevent the occurrence of a ping-pong effect, the network throughput in mixed networks.Network packet loss and there have been noticeable improvements in transmission delay.By switching mechanism simulation,and further demonstrate the effectiveness of the hybrid network switching mechanism.Finally, based on the integration of key technologies for the network,the paper gives a network programs in a loosely coupled manner network programs.
