Research Into The Design Of An Administration And Knowledge Management Platform System

The government informatization is to take the government's internal business and external interaction as a whole, and it must be researched in the context of the big environment of Internet and globalization. Accelerating the pace of government informatizaiton construction and implementing E-government are the important means for promoting the shifting of the government's management functions and establishing administrative mechanisms that are highly efficient in doing things, coordinated in operation and normative in conduct.The main design goal in this thesis is to construct a system for governments in information era using modern information technology. The principal design idea is to formulate standard workflows for the great deal of business operations with common characteristics in government affairs, i.e. abstracting into a model of government workflows. It must establish a standard and practical government workflow platform on which various data of government affairs is loaded. The main function of this system is including government's daily work and official document being on the move.The system adopts B/S framework, SQL SERVER database; E-mail system is supported by EXCHANGE SERVER. It provides explorer windows for operator who can easily operate. In particular, with the data format of XML it can facilely connect relational business system, and then solves the problem of communication synchronization between the traditional work system and the business system. This system follows J2EE technical construction standardization and accords with the designing methodology based on functional points.In this thesis, we first address the design goal and principle of the system , and then show the elementary knowledge of workflow. We mainly illustrate the system structure and its way to minutely expliot, the technical route and the technical application for developing this system in the main text. Next this system main function and application has been carried on introduction showing.At the end of this thesis, future work is discussed in the relevant research fields.
