In this article,I have researched the fabrication of the diffractive elements with a spherical surface.And I have researched the two method of alignment--the imaging method and the diffractive method.And with the imaging method,we fabricated a 16--step diffractive element with a spherical surface whose alignment is below 10um.And I have analysed the relation between the diffractive efficiency and the angle of the incidem light.I find that the diffractive efficiency increases when the period of the diffractive element is decreased at a constant angle of the incident light.In the first chapter,through the analyse of the development of the diffractive elements,we find the future way of the diffractive elements.The dimension of the diffractive elements'period would be below micron and that is depended on the development of the electronic and the optics and the mechanics.In the second chapter,I calculate the diffractive efficiency when there arealignment error,depth error of the step and the work was elength error,based on the theory ofthe fresnel lens.
