Complicated Single-item production enterprises usually adopt network plan technology to organize production, because their products have the properties of low recurrence rate, and are very difficult to be planned and controlled.Network plan technology adopts network graph to describe precedence constraint relationship between activities. By network graph calculation, People can find critical activities and properly optimize resources configuration so as to ensure date of delivery.Network plan technology is widely used in many domains.However, there isn't a scientific and utilitarian network plan software system applicable to Complicated Single-item production enterprises. Network plan technology needs mass computation especially in resource leveling. So it is needed to develop a network plan optimization system.In this paper, we researched the issues such as the feature of complicated Single-item production enterprises, project planning pattern problem and resource optimization problem. Based on above research, the network plan algorithm, critical resources leveling algorithm and compressing algorithm for the time of activities were designed and implemented in detail. The effectiveness and utility of the system has been proved through test.
