Research And Implementation Of ERP System Based On .NET Platform Facing To The Medium And Small Enterprise

The rapid development of automobile industry speeds up the development of plastic forming industry in the related car parts, such as car gear, engine valve etc. Market competition is continuously intensified which forces the enterprises to seek better and newer information platform that fits future development,so as to increases the level and efficiency of management.The thesis is mainly concentrated on the research of ERP system and the related key techniques suitable to the small and medium enterprises,The whole design of ERP system based on the .NET platform has been finished and also some main modules such as product data, plan management, production etc have been developed. First, the present condition of information requirement of the enterprise has been analyzed in the paper. The characteristics of the technique platform adopting .NET have been discussed. The popular B/S architecture and XML Web Services have been applied to the whole design of the system. The advantage of development method based on components has been discussed, The method to apply .NET components in the system development has been discussed by using examples. The whole structure of the system has been programmed when aimed at the characteristics of the plastic forming industry, and the function of second development has been added to increase system adaptability. The main modules of ERP system such as product data, plan managing, producing control are regarded as research object, Some key technology and realization about arithmetic model of BOM,MPS,MRP etc has been deeply researched in the paper. The data store structure of the object of production structure and the ways handling BOM queue has been deeply discussed, also the technique of the decision-making of MPS has been researched. Last, A summing-up of research and development has been given, and an outlook for further investigation is presented.The designed system based on the .NET platform which is designed to the small and medium enterprises and some main modules such as product data, plan managing, producing control have been proved by the user of plastic forming industry in the car parts, and had been being in the progress of implement and improvement gradually.
