Design And Implementation Of Receivable Account Sub-System And Payable Account Sub-System In ERP System

According to the characteristics of the middle-small enterprise, this paper investigates an ERP system-enterprise resources plan management system to fit middle-small enterprise. Based on the principle of common ERP, the paper analyzes the whole design structure of Candel-ERP system, puts forward design projects for receivable account sub-system and payable account subsystem in Candel-ERP system, and the development is carried on according to the design projects.Through the research of three-tired data structure under C/S mode, the system modules are built from the customer, the application to server-data server. One applied server procedure for receivable account sub-system-SeAcrAps is designed and developed. The other for payable account sub- system-SeAcpAps is also designed and developed, a database server-Se_Erp_Data and 26 customer applied procedures are developed.According to the true state of middle-small enterprise, the business processes for receivable account sub-system and payable account sub- system are designed. Two business process routes are designed in the account receivable sub- system. One route is: first doing a plan on gathering for a case according to a sale order, then according to the gathering plan to do the gathering business; the other route is: first doing a plan on receivable account voucher according to the actual consignment goods, then according to the receivable account voucher to do the accepting payment business. A careful payment business process is designed in the payable account subsystem, first doing a plan on a payable account voucher according to the actual accepted goods, then carry on paying business according to the payable account voucher.The visual technique is absorbed in this paper. The paper designes operation interfaces of visual-flow type for the receivable account sub-system and the payable account sub- system based on the business process of the system through a modeling tool of ROSE.
