Research And Implementation Of The Resource Management In Local Network Monitor Management System

Network Resource Management System (NRM) is a new function part of the Operation Support System (OSS), which has become more and more important in the field of Telecommunication Operation & Support during recent years. All of the Operation Companies have realized the importance of the NRM. In order to make the most proficient and enhance the competence, it is necessary for the Telecom Operation Companies to manage the current telecom network resource in a more effective and more reasonable way.Based on the research of Telecom Management Network and OSS, this document has analyzes the current situation of network management and the characters of Network Resource Management. Then it gives the logic function framework and the interfaces with other systems, such as the advanced net work management system. Finally, there is an example NRM system developed specially for the Power Equipments Monitor Network, which is a project of our Research Center.
