Research On Labor Market Information Grid Based On Web Services

Labor market information system plays a more and more important role in the distribution ofthe labor resources in different districts, along with the rapid development of theinfomationization in the labor market. But the further development of the labor market day byday requires the unity of the labor resources among the provinces, even among the wholecountry. it needs realize the share, interconnection and collaboration between them, help thepeople move among different industries properly and also improve the structure of the humanresources.The research on labor market information grid based on Web Services is brought up to solvethe problem. It has used the two key technologies of Web Services and Grid to realize theinteraction between different labor market information systems, and make the labor resourcesshared and distributed among different districts, and get the real unity of labor resources in thewhole country.This paper has conducted in-depth study in using Web Services and Grid to construct thelabor information grid. After the introduction of Web Services and Grid, a goal that buildingthe labor market information grid system is proposed in order to satisfy the new demandspringing out in the informationization of the labor market. It is introduced in two parts ofdesign and implementation. In the design part, the gird system's functions, structure, gridservice center and business services are concluded. The part of implementation is divided intoseveral segments. Firstly, it introduces how to construct the grid environment. Secondly, anXML Schema is established according to the industrial data structure for the interchange ofthe information in the grid. Thirdly, the interconversion of the data between XML documentand Relation Database is realized using XMLBeans and JDBC. Lastly, it introduces someJava systems that are used in the grid environment, and pays more attention to thedevelopment and deployment of the grid services, and shows the running results of the gridsystem. As a result, it completes the design, development and testing of the prototype of thelabor information grid system.
