Research And Implementation On The Home Automation System

Modern information technology with computer and network technology not only promotes the development of the economic but also speeds up the development of the home automation system greatly. The aim of building home automation system is to meet the needs of modern information society with respect to automated electronic products.In this paper, a home automation system based on J2ME/J2EE platform is built, which carries on the remote control by means of the mobile telephone.First of all, base on the features of the home automation system, this thesis analyzes the requirement of the project using UML in accordance with the principle of software engineering. On the basis of the requirement analysis of the non-functional and functional requirements, the thesis focus mainly on how to design and implementation. During the system design phase, the solution to the system based on J2M2/J2EE is presented based on J2ME/J2EE framework. In the implementation chapters, the implementation of the system is described, in which the; mobile phone clients and the WEB clients initiate the control of the household electronic product.At the end, the thesis summarize the design and implementation of the system. It establishes the foundation for further investigation. At the same time, it will give some highlights on the construction of Chinese home automation system.
