The receiver system for regional radio navigation based on the spread spectrum communication theory can provide the marines, airplanes and arms of the navy with high precise and high reliability navigation services in the future navigation war, in which our navy cannot adopt GPS or GLONASS signal for navigation. The paper focuses on the hardware design and implementation of intermediate frequency (IF) digital signal processing module and the human computer interface. There are two parts in the thesis, namely the simulation of core algorithm and hardware implementation of IF digital signal processing. Firstly, the anti-noise properties of spread spectrum communication are simulated, and the key parts of IF digital signal processing, acquisition and tricking, are simulated and analyzed. Then the positioning algorithm based on Kalman filter is discussed and simulated.Another part of the thesis is the hardware implementation of IF digital signal processing module. Based on the structure of the receiver system, IF digital signal processing module and application module are designed and implemented. The core processors are dual TMS320VC5416 DSP, one for acquisition and tricking and the other for positioning algorithm and human computer interface. At last, the improved design is proposed. In practical applications, the dual-DSP digital signal processing module successfully deals with all of acquisition and tricking, positioning algorithm and human computer interface, moreover, it can work well.
