The Design Of Web Leaning Resources Based On Knowledge Management

The application of knowledge management to the developing of web learning resourcesis the new study field of education technology. Knowledge management provides a newidea for the design and management of web learning resources. The design of weblearning resources based on knowledge management, focuses on the sharing andCommunication of the knowledge, and the transition from the individual knowledge to theorganization knowledge, and emphasizes the conversion between the explicit knowledgeand the tacit knowledge in order to achieve the innovation of the knowledge .According tothe theory of knowledge management, the research aims to make the structure of weblearning resources more rational,the communication more convenient, and advance thestudents' study as well. In addition, the application of the knowledge management to thedesign of the web learning resources of the information technology in the junior highschool provides a new idea for the building of the database of the web learning resources.The research makes a simple analysis of the present study on the application of theknowledge management to the teaching at home and abroad, and the problem of weblearning resources, and discusses the importance of the knowledge management during thedesigning of the web learning resources, raises the principles and the strategies of thedesign of the web learning resources based on knowledge management. The research alsoputs forward the process of the design of the web learning resources based on knowledgemanagement according to the principles and the strategies. From above, the researchproposes the process model and construction module of the designing of the web learningresources of the information technology in the junior high school, and gets the conclusionaccording to the practice in the end.
