Along with the electron communication technology's development, all electron equipment need objectively that power supply system realizes miniaturization, lightness and increases reliability. Power supply high frequency technology is the key for realizing the aim. High frequency transformer is the important part in high frequency power supply, so how to accurately analyze and calculate high frequency transformer's parameter is very important problem.On the high frequency instance, many transformer design methods can't be applied. Analysis and calculation to the parameter will provide important theory and practicality value for designing and producing high frequency transformer.This dissertation studies switch power supply high frequency transformer. The effect of leakage inductance and stray capacitance is analyzed detailedly, and method and measure of restraining the effect are introduced. By theory analysis, simulation, Finite Element Method and MATLAB Toolbox, stray capacitance on two different instances is analyzed and calculated.The numerical value result is consistent with formula deduction result, and its precision is better than formula calculation. It has direction meaning to design and produce high frequency transformer. Because the calculation method is accomplished by MATLAB Tool, it is in favor of realizing design and simulation of high-frequency chain switch power supply circuit.
