The paper introduced the development of the intelligentized switch power supply with low voltage and great current that applied in cathode-protect system as constant voltage instrument.At first the paper introduced the development of switch power supply and it involved technology field, subsequently narrated the selection's context and the practically sense of the paper. After this, introduced the design course of the whole system. The system included three parts: the main circuit part, the control circuit part and the intelligentized system of AVR single-chip. And the main circuit part consisted of one-phase input rectification, half-bridge inversion, high-frequency a.c. output and output rectification. The control circuit involved two parts: One is the circuit brings the pulse controls the swiches in main circuit, and the other is the protect circuit. And then detailedly recommended the designs of main circuit, control circuit and testing circuit, including selected components and calculated parameter. Finally introduced the design of software and hardware of the intelligentized system of single-chip. Software system mainly included A/D, data processing, LCD, mini-type printer, serial communication, clock chip ect; Hardware system accomplished the connection and debugging of the periphery circuits. The whole system is more convenient with the realization of LCD and printing function.The paper accomplished the design and the debugging of the whole system.and the techno- targets have been realized.
