As the development of the industry, the status of the electronic executor is higher than ever before in the industry local, especially in the industry of chemistry, metallurgy and electric power whose automation rate is higher and higher. The application of the electronic executor ensures the security of the production in the dangerous place and the place requiring tele-control, improves efficiency of the production and the reliability of the system.The electronic executor designed uses SRM as its execute machine to improves the disadvantage of the classic electronic executor, takes full advantage of the SRM who has many excellence including low cost, small moment of inertia, high working efficiency, good dynamic performance and so on. The electronic executor uses a digital signal processor of Co. TI named as TMS320LF2407 as its main control unit. The DSP of series 2000 is designed for mobile control system, its advantage such as fast operation speed, high efficiency, good integration of peripheral element makes the DSP has good capability. This author takes full advantage of the DSP of series 2000, designs a digital control system based on TMS320LF2407.Considering the requirement of the application, this paper designs a serial communication system, realizes the control and monitor functions. Besides these, in the process of practice, the author researched and practiced the method of restraining disturb, improving the reliability of the system. At the same time, these method will be expounded in the text below.
