In the knowledge-based economic age, the education business booming development, not only student's quantity of common college, middle school, primary school needs to increase, the quality needs to raise, continuing education, all the people's education and the whole life's education have already become essential living contents. The on-line study is valid method that carries out these educations mode. Primarily, many persons still hold to hesitating attitude to network education, but along with various modern educational technology coming, the quantity of networked courses develop with times completely, the network education and elementary educations control complement each other, be in conjunction with the development. The typical model different place of the network course and common course is to present multi-media, but appropriate usage of multimedia can promote student study effectively.2D animations are a way of the multimedia present, so how design 2D animations in the network course, make it availably promote the comprehension of the student to study the contents? How many cognitive factors in the network course? How do animations work on cognitive manage process? How to design 2D animation in the network course? How to analyze studying demand of 2D animations in network courses? What developing foreground do 2D animations have in network courses in terms of ?This article takes the further research for above problems. The research object is 2D animations in the network courses, the theory foundation is to cognitive theory, important implement is study demand analysis.This article analyses study demand of 2D animations in the network courses from the cognitive. According to the analysis of the cognitive manage process and transfer performance of 2D animations in the network courses, it concludes some valid principles of 2D animations and provide the certain theories foundation for designing 2D animations in the network courses and thus raises the student's study efficiency.
