At the beginning of the information construction, the companies and governmentconstructed many systems to enhance their efficiency according to their requirements. Underthat moment, these systems did improve efficiency greatly, but following with the informationconstruction, these disadvantages of disability of data exchange contributed by businesssystems created in their own ways exposed gradually, and become the"information isolatedisland"problem, and the data exchange problem became the important bottleneck ofinformation construction.In this paper, at first, analyzed the current"information isolated island"faced byenterprises and institutions, and the need of the connection, data exchange and data sharingbetween the different databases for the various functional departments, which put forward thetechnological innovation ideas in this paper, then based on the data exchange between thecoal enterprise group and each subordinate product mine for background, analyzed the designgoals of the data exchange model, constructed its framework, and detailed analysis of theentire data exchange system workflow, using the Java language to realize the data exchangeplatform. At the same time studied the safety of data transmission, analyzed the RSA, DESencryption algorithm, present the encryption methods in the completion of the process of dataexchange to meet the need of information sharing and data security between the variousfunctional departments.The main features of this paper is: nothing to do with the platform, this system can becompatible with the majority of software and hardware used by the platform, as well asvarious database platform, shielding the differences of hardware and software platform suchas network, operating systems, database, application systems and so on, so that enterprisescould achieve seamless, transparent data exchange through data exchange system; Javatechnology used to develop the system transplantability; using data exchange center toachieve centralized data processing, different data format conversion, increased system scalability; from data transmission, authentication, access control and encryption areasenhanced data exchange system security; using DES and RSA algorithm, increased theconfidentiality of data transmission.This paper seeks to put forward a design method for heterogeneous platform to exchangedata.
