Gas Leak Monitoring And Position System Of CNG Filling Station Based On ZigBee Wireless Sensor Networks

CNG(Compressed Natural Gas)is one kind of perfect alternate energy source for cars.Low cost, conveniencegood benefit and pollution-free are its features.The powerful development potential is becoming clear.CNG industry develop so speedly that many problems occurred,such as scattered station, difficulties of supervision,weak management and control device.These make many leak and problems occurred in operating management, monitoring device and safety.Many accidents have placed frequently. Therefore, it is too important to strengthen Gas leak monitoring and position system of CNG filling station.Zigbee featured with close range,simple complexity, low power consumption and low data transmission rate is raised in recent years.It is suitable forautomatic control and long-range control field.It can meet the need of wireless- net-working and control for small size and cheapequipment. Compare to other wireless transmis-sion,it has some obvious superiority.It can work at ISM frequency range,which is free.The protocol stack of ZigBee is free too.This can reduce cost of net.ZigBee is provi- ded with organizing ability,this can reduce complexity of fixing up net and is easy to maintain.This text analysis the leak problems of combustible gas in CNG filling station fir-stly.Then summarize the results of accidents.This monitoring and location system use Freescale MC13213 as the centre chip.Then designfundamental systemcircuit and per-ipheral interfacecircuit.As software,this system use Beekit and Code Warrior for desi-gning program. Via reasonablearrangewirelesssensornodal points.Then improvelocat-ionarithmetic and location leak gas position.Finally, due to CH4 is combustible gas,it demandavoidstatic electricityhazards and so on.Then this system's circuit is designed for the reason of Intrinsic Safety.
