Research And Implementation Of University Hrms Based On .NET Technology

Human resources management is an important department in University. It works for many things which with a very close contact with the staff interests, such as recruitment and talent training, human resource deployment, assessing the title of technical post, wages and welfare etc. we can said that human resources management have a direct impact on the school development. The current, with the development of the society and economic, the reform and development of higher education, and the reform of national personnel system, they all have a higher and newer needs for personnel management in university. It must build an effective resources management system.This paper analyses technology related the human resources management system, considers the actual situation and needs of Zhongkai university of agriculture and engineering, using the object-oriented technology to analyze the function and operation procedure of the system, then form each module of subsystem and it's analysis of use case. Base on the analysis of requirements, it analyses the framework of this system and the data view of wage subsystem, etc. In detailed design stage, it analyses the detailed order of business flows. It analyses and designs the entity class, the control class, the interface class involved in the subsystem. According to the data view it designs the database of the system by database technology. In the development stage, it program and imply all the design by use the .net technology, formed a HRMS based on B/S. at last we do system test to improve some bugs, and get the performance , and verify the availability of the system. The system imply the all functions of HRMS, such as information management, human management, file management, level management and wages management. The system is applied to actual work, service for the general staff.This paper finished the following jobs :1. Design the system framework of university human resources management. This paper built a system framework based on the research of human resources management in higher school and the actual situation and need of Zhongkai university of agriculture and engineering.2. The paper does the detailed design of the system by UML, and form the design document.3. Using the results of detailed design, it applies the human resources management system.
