In recent years, culture is constant reference to the community, Chinese writers' association the chairman on mount lushan is interviewed by the people's daily press and made "cultural needs to be fixed", in 3rd, march 2010, except exchanges in the international needs culture, in domestic communication especially the local media ,needs the same culture."Culture fixed " is given a high degree of concern, actually is the fundamental role of culture——in life, in emotional ,in mental. People through cultural to move, to warm, to arrive at one of the world.The sixteen congress report of The Chinese Communist Party pointed:〝Culture, economic and political mutually blend in current world, culture in the competition in overall national strength of the status and functions are becoming more and more outstanding .Cultural deeply integrates into the national vitality, creativity and cohesion.〞The sixteen congress report of The Chinese Communist Party elevated to unparalleled high about development of cultural ,so all parts take up the development of cultural as models, for example, JiangSu, ZheJiang, Guang Dong, ShanDong ,JiangXi, GanSu, SiChuan, HeNan , ShanXi and HeBei more than ten provinces propose to build a "culture provinces " (characteristic cultural provinces ) strategic goal.But the spreaded and constructed of culture can not depart from the role of the media, it is observed that the media and culture is always be associated together. In the age of mass media, under the impact of market economy ,lots of media in order to develop their own, to occupy the audience market cater to popular taste, take "new" and " bizzaro " as main component in sayswhat , neglect the media's function and the impact of audience and social, furthermore neglect the far-reaching of cultural heritage and construction.In the case of local media facing all the pressure of mass media, sometimes lose, hesitate between the economic and social interests, and all parts keep the same in the contents of the media, lose their geographical features.Therefore, thesis tries to represent the relationship between local media and geographical cultural as view of culture and dissemination, local media through to transmit geographical cultural to achieve the development of their own, the geographical cultural can be inherited and constructed through the spreading of local media.The research methods of this article is mainly individual case analyses and text analysis,through to study the condition of HeBei media that disseminate the YanZhao culture, to analysis local media in heritage and construction for geographical culture .The mind of study is: relevant concepts——point research topic——solve research topic——theoretical analysis——deep thinking of the topic.The paper focuses is that HeBei media disseminate the YanZhao of culture,which is supported by the related theory in communication and culture ,to study the heritage and construction of geographical cultural by local media ,try to through these analysis to discuss a road of sustainable development for local media and the whole media development.The point of innovation in the paper is that take an example of a local media transmiting geographical cultural, isn't confined to a media or medium ,isn't limited to a states of culture, from the perspective of transmission and cultural to analysis the tradition and organizing of geographical cultural by local media , hope to there is sinnvoll significance for local media development.
