Remote Leakeage Monitoring System For Nature Gas Transportation Pipeline

Recently frequent accidents of pipelines leakage not only cause the waste of resources, but also cause damages of the environment and influences on the security of lives and properties. Therefore, it is rather meaningful to study about the monitor system of the leakage of pipelines. This paper adopts the method of combining acoustic emission testing technology and computer signal analysis and processing technology and do some research for the pipe leakage remote monitoring.①The system uses acoustic emission testing leakage technology by comparative analysis between the reasons and ways of pipeline leak combining with the characters of pipeline leakage and research about remote monitoring of pipeline leakage.②Aiming at the characters of the system, design the mentality of the remote monitoring system and use two remote data transmission methods: wireless data transmission and cable Data Socket technology to respectively realize the data detected remote transferring.③The system uses LabVIEW as the software platform and designs the front panel by designing block program and analysis the leak signals. The frequency domain and domain in a combination of methods to let out a signal processing and analysis,pick up characteristic signals to orientate the leak source, fulfill revealing work of the characteristic leak signals.④Construct the system test platform of pipeline leakage detecting at last and test the monitoring system of leak and analysis about the application.Through the test of experiments, this system can timely detect leakage when it occurs, be able to locate leakage source and can make the alarm display.
