Tax Image In The New Period

Tax image is an important port of government image.This study focuses on the tax image form the reports of different kinds of newspapers. Form the reports,we can know that tax image is being reported by different media theories which being so called"agenda setting"and"door keeper"form the sociologist M.E McCombs and D.L. Shaw's and others. As we know, the media is an important social institution to shape tax image. From all the being selected news of tax form the four kinds of news papers—People's Daily, China Taxation News, Yanzhao Metropolis Daily and South Weekly, we can draw out a conclusion that different media want different information form one tax event and they had build up different image . I even give an exact definition of the"new period"to use for the research. As a conclusion by the analysis, I indeed find that the organs'news papers usually carry the obverse sides of a thing of tax, but on the other hand, a social news paper will carry more kinds of information to describe the same thing of tax, in Analyzing, building and rebuilding the media images of tax. Then, how can we set up a scientific and reasonable image of tax by the news? We must analyses and classify the news, only then can we come to the true tax image. I will also give a frame of tax image form the research and let the readers to know what makes up the tax image of the mass media.
