In order to satisfy the more stringent emission regulations, motorcycle ECU control is imperative, sensor is the key components of electronic control system of engine, engine transient conditions to accurately reflect the ECU, ECU according to the feedback signal sensors return determined ignition time, spray and spray quantity control parameters. So the accuracy and stability of the sensor for motorcycle ECU control is very important.Traditional throttle position sensor has disadvantages: (1) joint rustily, contact undesirable, low voltage or not, and the engine flameout or start to cause difficulties. (2) coating failure, output voltage resistance changes caused by the phrase, vehicles, accelerate started hair. (3) throttle place is excessive carbon, the output voltage value and the flow of the influence of air-fuel ratio, value concept, idle instability.This study hall effect throttle position sensor adopts non-contact measurement, won't produce rust contact undesirable, carbon, and its output voltage stability of linear, can solve the above problem. Based on the new calibration scheme, and using MAXWELL three finite element analysis software determines the new magnet shape, improved the original design scheme ends magnet linear output voltage, magnet long problem. The new magnet length by the original 35mm drops to 28mm, can also meet for rounded on the job requirements. On the sensor and the magnet test voltage measurement batch stability.
