The Yield Monitoring System of Combine Harvester is an important part in Precision Agriculture, And the Grain Flow Sensor Test-bed is the main tester. This paper designed the Hall-Effect Speed Sensor for detecting the freight set's turn axis of the Flow Sensor Test-bed, and the guiding plate for improving the Flow Sensor Test-bed effect considering the technique knowledge of machine design, electromagnetism theory, sensor, and athletics mechanics. The main content included the following two points:1. The speed sensor partThis part included circuit design, circuit component selection, installation method design and analysis, the analysis about feasibility of permanent magnetism as joint equipment, circuit experiment, the relatively position of alnico and Hall component, sensor design and the concretion of all parameters.2. The guiding plate partThis part included building the mathematics model of corn grain movement, analyzing corn grain movement, designing and making the guiding plate according to the above knowledge, and validating the necessaries of installing the guiding plate through the experiments. At last the ideal guiding plate idiographic parameters were confirmed under prescript rotate speed.
