Nowdays, industrial control system is commonly developed in traditional software development approach. During the process of development, some problems are revealed, such as overlapping development, system integration which easily leads to leaking code, and long development cycles. Although plug-in based software development method has good scalability and reusability and its system integration manner belongs to the binary-level, existing popular plug-in platforms haven't taken the function of uniform system access control into account. When the existing plug-in platform is used in developing industrial control system, the developers still face some problems such as inadequate security and inconvenient operation for its users.Firstly, based on analyzing the existing plug-in architecture and related plug-in platforms combined with the system access control policy, this thesis proposes Plug-in Based Integrated Development Framework For Industrial Control System(P-IDP4ICS), which is a very good solution to the above problems happened in the developing process of industrial control system. P-IDP4ICS platform not only has the scalability and reusability of a plug-in architecture, but also has three important characteristics:fine-grained, dynamic configration and integrated system access control itself.Then, this thesis proposes P-IDP4ICS architecture and describes the components of P-IDP4ICS architecture and the relationship between them in detail. Among the components, Plug-in Registry component realizes the fine-grained characteristic commendably. This thesis also exposits the basic implementation mechanisms of P-IDP4ICS. The uniform activation mechanism provides support for dynamic configuration characteristic.On that basis, this thesis implements a prototype system of the P-IDP4ICS. The prototype system not only inherits the scalability and reusability of the existing plug-in platform, but also fully realizes the above three important characteristics.In the end, as a guide to software development based on P-IDP4ICS, this thesis also proposes the software develpment process based on P-IDP4ICS, which greatly improves the efficiency of industrial control system development. Combining the P-IDP4ICS platform and software development process based on P-IDP4ICS, this thesis reengineers some core parts of Sintering Integrated Control Expert System(SICES), which proves that P-IDP4ICS platform can well solve various problems in the development of industrial control system.
