Human blood circulation is heart for transmission power, blood vessels for transmission channel system, with human's multiple systems closely and human body changes of physiological information to internal organs in blood circulation system can be achieved. Because of the factors, such as the regular shrink and diastole of the heart, the elastic of the vessel wall, and the blood viscosity, we can sense a regular pulse in human vascular place superficially in the process of blood circulation. Through the regular pulse, we can perceive the human physiological changes, and then to diagnosis disease of the human body, this is the diagnosis principle of the TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)pulse-taking. The TCM pulse-taking use the fingers to contact the radial artery of the wrist, through the abdomen of the finger percept the changes of the throbbing pulse , analysis the patient's disease from the pulse condition of a normal disease-free, infer the reason of the disease pulse . So, compare the pulse wave of the healthy and unhealthy, the cardiovascular disease danger signal will be obtain, and the disease will be prevent and treat effectively.Based on the structure and working principle of the pulse image sensor, the touch-pressure simulation model is established of the finite element software ABAQUS, simulated the touch-pressure of the TCM pulse-taking. The detect contactor film simulation pulse-taking fingers, different load simulation the pulse-taking pressure, to analysis the cells surface changes of the detecting contactor film. Extracted the area changes of the reference cell in the grid, output the pulse waveform. And in time domain, extracted the pulse wave characteristic parameters. In addition, output the pulse waveform of the multiple cell area changes; reconstruct the 3d images of the pulse. Using pulse image sensors to collect and flat is veins, arteries and veins, arteries and veins, late but the pulse waveform four pulses, extracted the pulse wave time domain analysis of the characteristic parameters, pulse condition "bits, number, form, potential" attributes, combining with the relevant features, pulse condition of pulse wave characteristic parameters of temporal pulse condition attribute to characterized.
