The Study Of Data Link Based On Internet Protocol

IP is short for Internet Protocol. This protocol is designed to connect computers. It is a set of rules which regulates the communication in the Internet. Computers with Internet Protocol in its operation system would connect to the Internet properly.On the other hand, Data Link technical is being used more and more in the area of transmitting formatted message nowadays. Data Link is efficient and convenient of sharing message on battlefield. As a result, Data Link is often the only means of ground-to-air communications.With the development of technical, there is demanding of transmitting IP data over Data Link. This paper provides a set of wireless IP packet transmission Data Link system. In the given system, communication processor is used to act as connector between the wireless network and Ethernet. Besides that, a polling protocol and packet rules are provided to regulate the behavior of the wireless link sending and receiving. The test results show that this technique is easy to be implemented.
