Along with internet and information technology development, human society has entered the era of knowledge economy, how to improve college students'knowledge management level, how to promote construction of tacit knowledge has gradually become a hot spot in research field of education. The teaching activities at universities are also mainly in a traditional way,between the teachers and students lack of communication and interaction in the traditional classroom.they urgently need a network platform,where on one hand they can get rich learning resource,on the other hand make their learning effectively implicit construction,Based on the thinking and analysis of the characteristics and difficulties of tacit knowledge, combined with Web2.0 emphasized on technical characteristics of focusing on the users'articipation.contribution, interaction and sharing and attaching importance to the idea of individual power and promot information communication sharing.Under the guidance above we are trying to build a networking platform for tacit knowledge construction in the informal learning Web2.0 environment.This study has analyzed the characteristics of tacit knowledge, transformed tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge, based on social constructivism theory, distributed cognition theory, contextual learning theory, learning community theory, this study aims to design learning activities promoting tacit knowledge construction in Web2.0, and carry out experimental studies to test the model and platform for scientific, operational and effective.Thesis is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, to describes the study background, current status, research purposes and significance, research ideas and approach to the study; Theoretical basis for the second chapter of the text is defined for the relevant concepts and theoretical basis. The third chapter for the application model is combined with the mature theory of construction of tacit knowledge-SECI model, exploring Web2.0 environment to promote the feasibility of construction of tacit knowledge, then building teaching and learning activities and application model in Web2.0 environment; The fourth chapter is to design and construct a platform, and to achieve and display the various functional modules The fifth chapter is to analyze the application of the platform.The sixth chapter summarizes the paper, and come up with the problems and the next step of the research work.Research results, firstly this paper demonstrated feasibility of design program of promoting tacit knowledge building of application model promotinging tacit knowledg in Web2.0 environment. Secondly, under the guidance of the model building learning platform and carrying out the learning activities promotinging tacit knowledge construction; Lastly, by quasi-experimental research, demonstrated that the design of learning activities which can support tacit knowledge construction.
