Examination Room Seating Arrangement is a key component of national entrance examination for postgraduate management, the most important task in exam preparation. Scientific examination seating arrangement can improve the efficiency of examination organization management and reduce human influencing factors, to some extent implementing fairness and justness and playing a significant role in efficient management of examination. As the existing seat arrangement algorithm can not offer multiple methods for different test sites, so it's necessary to provide a solution for multi-purpose arrangements.The thesis introduces a computational model solving for muti-objective problem of large-scale examination rooming seat arrangement combined with problem constraints of seat schedule in Hunan province based on analysis of tradition schedule algorithms. By using set theory and sub-rule algorithm the model gives an highly abstraction of objectives to decompose candidate set to multiple candidate sequences and reduces the scale and difficulty of the problem, thus facilitating the random arrangement of candidate sequences in multiple test sites using random algorithm and shuffle algorithm. This thesis also provides hybrid algorithm applied to entrance examination for postgraduate room seating arrangement based on the analysis of schedule modeling description and analyzes the algorithm's sphere of application and complexity. This algorithm is an improvement to the traditional schedule algorithm, spending less time and well-distributed. It not only satisfies multiple objectives, but also reduces adjacent property and achieves basic requirements of this issue.The thesis proposes a new hybrid algorithm based on the analysis of key problem of examination room seating and discusses the specific technical scheme. And examination room seat arrangement system is designed and implemented from the angle of system architecture and database design. At last, this thesis introduces key technologies of mass data storage query processing and security access which affects system performance in the course of implementation.
