The Design And Implementation Of Management System For Entrance Examination

In the increasingly fierce social competition, more and more people realize the importance of learning, people improve their comprehensive ability through learning. In addition, the state pay more attention to self-examination, high-end applications of information technology tools and methods have been used in this examination. This move active promote educational reform and development process. Since Jinan Higher Education Self Examination(referred to self-examination) created, the number of candidates who take the exam increases year by year, in recent years, this growth trend is more significant. However, the original way of test registration and examination room layout can't meet the demand of this massive increase in the number of candidates. Candidates need an intelligent examination management system which have current registration and exam scheduling function.Aim at above problems, in order to make online registration more convenient and simplify proctors work. We developed a stable and functional intelligent examination management system to meet user needs. By using the intelligent examination management system can reduce the workload of examination staff, which greatly improves the efficiency of the proctors. Examination under management staff can save a lot of unnecessary time to prepare for the exam candidates work and provide better serve.After careful analysis of system requirements, we decided to use the B / S structure model as the overall architecture of intelligent examination management system, also we use SPRINGMVC, SPRING, SPRINGJDBC technology to develop this system. In the aspect of database we use MYSQL to store all relevant data. We have been realized the intelligent examination management system which have lots of functions such as website management, system settings, candidates registered, test management. In the process, we according to the examination personnel work actual situation, all the work involved in the organization management is analyzed from the beginning to the end. The system test management as the center, connecting the exam's test sites setting module, candidate examination booking application module and some other modules. This system realize the informatization and streamline of examination management work.
