With the development of Avionics technology,the airborne equipment of new fighter plane become more diversified and more complicated, which puts forward higher requirements to new aviation aerospace system in reliability of itself,efficiency and reliability of airborne digital communication.In this paper, a dual-CPU redundancy communication and control system was designed combined with the technology of dual-CPU redundancy and airborne data bus communications.After researching the existing dual-CPU redundancy technology and airborne bus error control theory, an improved dual-CPU redundancy way, a pre-emptive CPU synchronous algorithm and a fault detection algorithm based analytical redundancy are proposed.The implementation of hardware and software of data acquisition module,CPU synchronization module,fault detection module,data processing module,redundancy switching module and airborne bus data communication module are discussed in this paper based on modularized design ideas.On the other hand, in the airborne bus data communication module, a mixed error-correcting algorithm based on Hamming Error Correction and Parity Error Detection is taken in this paper,which reduces the data transmission error rate and improved the communication reliability. Finally, the whole system function test is completed in laboratory.
