Observe Dialect News Towards Hypocritical Expression Of Vulnerable Groups' Speaking Right From Perspective Of The Chat

The expression of vulnerable groups'speaking right is a hot issue in the Communication Studies. In recent years, the programs of dialect news are emerging which offer hopes for the expression of vulnerable groups'speaking right on the surface. However, from the analysis, it is found that the expression of dialect news programs towards vulnerable groups'speaking right is a kind of hypocritical expression. This paper takes The Chat of Shandong Qilu TV channel as the text, to analyze the causes of this phenomenon and the impacts. And whatever, this paper will discuss the feasibility of truly achieving the speaking right of vulnerable groups.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter defines that the audience of The Chat is the majority of lower position in the urban and rural areas, content is the little things around the audience, the link of program is to attract the audience participation, and the program makes use of the folk art forms which audience love. All of the above provide opportunities for the expression of vulnerable groups'speaking right from the surface. But in fact, it is found from case analysis that The Chat takes the trivial matters as a "selling points ", and the program form is more prominent than the content, then the privacy of vulnerable groups is watched by audience. Therefore, The Chat doesn't really maintain the speaking right of vulnerable groups, but is a kind of hypocritical expression of vulnerable groups'speaking right.The second part takes The Chat as text, and mainly discusses the reasons of the hypocritical expression that dialect news programs towards the vulnerable groups'speaking right by theoretical analysis. First, the ideology influences dialect news program. Communicators shield the sight of vulnerable groups by making the illusion of the "common interest" between news media and vulnerable groups, which makes vulnerable groups can't distinguish between reality and the"the mimetic environment ", then communicators maintain the existing social order. Secondly, it is the reason of the news media. Under the drivers of interests, the news media's value is changed. They take selling the suffering and living conditions of vulnerable groups as the focus of earnings, then the weak become the paralyzed object. Finally, the limitations of vulnerable groups themselves also lead to this hypocritical expression. On one hand, vulnerable groups lack awareness of subjects and rights; on the other hand, the economic conditions restrict vulnerable groups'contacts andThe third part points the danger of hypocritical expression that dialect news program towards vulnerable groups'speaking right through theoretical analysis and case studies. First, hypocritical expression has negative effects on vulnerable groups. hypocritical expression not only damages the speaking right of vulnerable groups and the "freedom of speech, but transfers out the vulnerable from major events which is related to their vital interests by the entertainment of content and forms by dialect news programs and dusts the eyes of vulnerable groups. In the long run, vulnerable groups will become estranged from politics. Second, the hypocritical expression has a negative effect on the media. The hypocritical expression influences the news media's role played in social functions, leading to dissimilation of media capabilities of alienation which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the news media. Third, in the long term, hypocritical expression will exert a negative impact on the entire community. On the one, it affects the formulation of government policy, and will lead to declined public trust of government. On the other, the hypocritical expression is not conducive to building a harmonious society and the transformation of entire society, affecting social fairness, justice and unity.The forth Part takes The Chat as the text, discussing the feasibility of truly realizing the speaking right of vulnerable groups. Dialect news programs have unique advantages to express the vulnerable groups'speaking right. We should make use of these advantages and make great efforts to persuade all sectors of society to maintain the vulnerable groups'speaking right. From a macro perspective, The Chat need to be deepened political reform and strengthened the participation of government to achieve the return of vulnerable groups'speaking right. From the microscopic perspective, first of all, The Chat should have a clear self-positioning from journalistic professionalism; Secondly, The Chat should upgrade to the "quasi-public journalism", build a "public domain" to provide a platform for the for expression of the vulnerable groups'speaking right ; what's more, The Chat should uphold that its content is in the lead and improve the information of the news; Finally, vulnerable groups should improve awareness of right and media literacy.
