Even during one time, foreigners think that Chinese is just Cantonese.But Cantonese TV news is not equal as"common Dialect news". Its existence and development have a long history. On 1st of July in 1960, Guangzhou TV firstly recommend out the Cantonese program–"TV news", pronouncing that Cantonese TV news began to spread in the China.
