Voice communication occupies an important position in modern communications, with the rapid development of information society, the applications of voice communication have become ubiquitous. In late 20th century, the wave of information revolution has a huge impact on the digital and information military construction, more and more high-tech are used in modern military. In modern war, the importance of information technology are more and more apparent. In war, combatants in the various fields of vehicles need to achieve data transmission and voice communication with communication equipments. Because the field situation is complex and the environment is noisy, so the design of a real-time, high reliability of voice communication systems is fare problems to be solved in modern military war.Firstly, the paper analyzes the status of related technology, proposes a program of voice communication between the vehicles with DSP combined with the practical application of the system needs to achieve. The program selected the company's TMS320C5402DSP TI chips, realized related functions of voice communications system by software coding and analog. Paper first describes the function modules related to voice communication system hardware design and software design. The paper studies a multi-path voice communication, and multi-voice mixed in a deal with the problem are discussed and analyzed, and proposed a new algorithm, and realized the algorithm used DSP and simulated tests. The program not only well considers the real-time voice transmission, but also links for voice communication systems such as the allocation and recovery issues are accordingly improved. The program make the voice communication protocol and technology used to the military, the separation of voice and data channel, signaling transmits with the data channel, realize communication between the combat vehicles, between combat vehicles and combatants, between combatants. In the last part of, paper describes the system the relevant software module testing, test result is good and meet the design requirements.Paper provides a viable solution in the noisy battlefield environment for voice communication, have a certain level of practical significance to improve the digital and information technology of field vehicles.
