With the rapid development of socio-economy, scale and quality of colleges have been more substantial expansion and upgrade, connection and integration is increasingly close between colleges and society. The number of community motor vehicles into campus has increased rapidly, and the number of teachers'motor vehicles has also increased rapidly. At present, many colleges are actively building new campus completed or have been constructed, in order to improve conditions, promote the quality, and meet the Long-term development needs. The resulting transport facilities and planning seriously lagged of old campus, and from a distance and traffic management issues not complete, destroyed the civilization of campus, broken due tranquility, Harmonious culture of campus.The article uses the background, combines with the traffic situation of Chenggong campus of Kunming University of Science and Technology, to explore the campus traffic management strategy for building a civilized and harmonious environment provides traffic information. For CC2430 chip-based hardware platform constructed, proposed the design of the Subscriber Terminal equipment of motor vehicles automatic identification solutions crossing campus (VAIS) based on the emerging technology of ZigBee technology, built campus motor vehicle wireless data transmission network, written procedures for each module, finally, tested functionality of the Subscriber Terminal equipment. The results show that, the proposed solution in the article is feasible, ZigBee technology is used in communications, high reliability, easy operation, environmental friendly and easy to manage.
