Designed And Implement The MM Module Of SAP System In The Enterprise

China has become a development of big manufacturing sector, is to grow up to a manufacturing power country. The manufacturing sector is now faced with the intense competitive challenges of economic globalization and the fast increasing. To our country as a whole, manufacturing information construction has great significance. In the new economy era, knowledge and information become the most important strategic resource, who mastered the information, who will take the opportunity. As information technology advances and competitive multi-market competition, enterprise resource planning systems ( ERP, Enterprise Resource Planning) has recently become a key and most important information tools which are implemented by many enterprise. The use of ERP systems can be not only optimize the configuration and take advantage of limit resources of the enterprise, in order to reduce costs and improve efficiency; and integrate each module of enterprise as Financial accounting,cost control,sales and distribution,manufacturing,materials management and other related functions to inter-departmental cooperation and the linkage of process and operation of all are real-time information integration, and to provide managers with the development of management so that effective and correct decision could be made.This paper introduces the formation, development process and the future evolvement of ERP management knowledge. Analysis and describe the basic function of implementation of an ERP standard software SAP, technical architecture, the mainstream business processing module with combining the actual business processes and the operated realization of the principle of ERP. According to my on-hand work experience and following up study of implementing ERP systems in Guangzhou SQ company and other enterprises, with a detailed analysis of starch sugar manufacturing enterprise ERP implementation project design, and research application of SAP technology into starch sugar manufacturing Enterprise with customization to SAP system and uses the ABAP language to develop the new report. At the same time, analysis of the factors of the successful implementation ERP system in large-scale enterprises, and conclude experience and practice lessons of ERP system implementation of starch sugar manufacture. Hope to provide similar starch sugar manufacturing and production processes manufacturing sectors with a learned model of the successful implementation of ERP systems management, and provide an intuitive and rapid implementation solutions for the industry too.
