Design And Implementation Of Automatic Generating System For Inspection Report And Enterprise Report

Automatic generation of inspection report and enterprise report is an important way for enterprises to improve work efficiency.With more and more reports produced by enterprises,employees of enterprises need to repeat the production,with high time cost and error rate.The style of inspection report and enterprise report is rarely changed,only the data is constantly changing.The main problems employees face when making inspection report and enterprise report by hand are as follows:1)a large number of irregular words need to be filled in and modified,which are prone to human errors;2)heavy workload,low efficiency,repeated steps and long time.To reduce human errors and make it easier for users to generate these reports,this topic carried out the design and implementation of the automatic generation system of inspection reports and enterprise reports.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,the significance and the current research situation.Then it explains the research contents of this paper,including:1)designing a report generation method based on online creation template and online configuration report data;2)design and develop automatic report generation system;3)usability verification of the report generation system.After that,this paper carries out demand analysis on the report generation system,and determines that the system needs to complete online configuration template,online configuration report data,report generation,user management,database data acquisition and other functions.Then the system design is carried out and a new report generation method is proposed and designed in the detailed design.Then this paper introduces the coding implementation;Then this paper carries on the test and the system demonstration,through the screenshot to show the system;Finally,this paper introduces the work related to the integration of the report generation system into the quality control cloud system.After the integration,the report generation system is used to generate the quality control cloud report,so as to verify the usability of the report generation system.
