Man stepped into the age of information society at the threshold of 21st century. As a tool for information processing, computers have been widely used in our life. In order to meet the requirements of the modern educational development, most of elementary and secondary schools in our country have offered ITC. Junior School ITC, as we know, chiefly offers knowledge of software and hardware based on computers. The ITC settings vary slightly with the requirements of local education departments. As the teachers for ITC are continuously improving their ability, efforts for training ITC interest groups are heatedly going on in every part of the country.The city of Zibo has all along taken education seriously. All kinds of educational methods and classroom teaching patterns go ahead in the province, not excepting IT. With the solid foundation of computer hardware construction in every school, the city put a lot of efforts on the improvement not only of IT teachers'quality but also of students'IT ability. In recent years, many types of learning modes like group cooperation, cooperative learning and self-directed learning have come along in IT classrooms, The real purposes are to improve the class learning efficiency. Outside the classrooms, the IT teachers in most schools have developed more or less students as members of IT interest groups, which is helpful for their teaching and also increases the knowledge and skills of some students. However, not many teachers have noticed how this all has influenced the class, if the members bring what they've learned in interest groups into the classrooms.Thus, this article will research the problem thoroughly and make comparative study, which could clarify the effects made by the interest groups in the classrooms, and find out the problems and their reasons, analyze them and put forward the relevant solving measures. Through the study, I've learned about how to adjust my own management to the activities in my IT Group according to the school's understanding to interests and the changing of the educational background. I've also known what IT Group activity means to the development of teachers'and students'. And I've understood what influences IT Group would bring to teaching. This study helps fuel the students with the IT Group and makes more students love computer science. It is helpul to the teaching methods of IT teachers'and it directs the school's and teachers'development.This study adopts Class Experimental Method, which is applied in the comparison between an experimental class and a comparative class, also between pre-experiment and post-experiment in the same experimental class. Scientific assessment has been given about the process and results in the experiment. A lot of experimental data and questionnaires were collected and analyzed. They are intuitively represented in the form of charts. The study indicates that the students in the class with members in IT Interest Group have higher study efficiency, stronger power to master knowledge, more interest in study, higher positivity and activeness in study and higher class participation rate. Also, teachers have more energy to pay attention to students and their leading position in class is higher.
