| ObjectiveReference ancient and modern document about clinical application in Ciliao. After collecting the document, it should know that the treatment effect in Ciliao is different by applying different medical tools with different principle. It can help to develop the appropriate treatment. So that patients may remove disease and pain as soon as possible.MethodDocument research:It uses the ebook (Encyclopedia of Tradition Chinese Medicine) to search the ancient document, which includes HuangDiNeiJingã€ShangHanZaBingLun, etc. And it searches the medical dataset, which include Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, etc. It can compare the position of Ciliao in ancient document and modern document. In the ancient document, it mentioned that it can locate CiLiao base on the proportion of patient’s body. In modern document, it locates CiLiao through the modern imaging techniques such as X-rays, CT, CT reconstruction, MRI, etc.Collection of clinical experience and research results:After compared and read the document, we found the experts proposed to act on CiLiao by different medical tools and treatment to achieve health and treat a disease. After investigated document, it found that doctors provide different Acupuncture and Moxibustion method and herbs treatment to act on CiLiao to treat Daysmenorrhea, Urinary Incontinence and child enuresis. They explain the theory and share their experience. Reference the doctor’s clinical result to analyze its classification and effects, those cases with modern medicine statistical standards are employed for explanation in this paper.Result:The ancient and modern document are analyzed, and the modern imaging technology supplement to locate CiLiao. In both ancient document and modern document, CiLiao is on back of the waist. In ancient document, CiLiao can be got by proportional measurment on patients body. In modern document, the explicit location of Ciliao can be found according to the modern imagining technology. Due to the different researchers or doctors, it may take different bony landmarks. |
