Clinical Observation In The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea By Warm Acupuncture And Moxibustion On Ciliao (BL 32)

Objective:To observe and evaluate the superiority of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea by warming acupuncture and moxibustion at Ciliao point,in order to enrich the treatment plan of the disease.Method:All the cases in this study came from 66 patients with primary dysmenorrhea among female college students of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine from October2020 to March 2021.After randomization,there were 33 cases in the treatment group and the control group.The selection of acupoints for the two groups is the same,namely Ciliao,Sanyinjiao,Diji,and Guanyuan.In the treatment group,on the basis of ordinary acupuncture,warm acupuncture at Ciliao point was added.Both groups started treatment 5～7 days before menstruation,1/d,continuous treatment for 5 days,treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.TCM dysmenorrhea symptom total score,VAS,CMSS record time points as treatment 0(before treatment),3(after treatment),6(follow-up)after the menstrual cycle ends,and use statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result:1.The basic data and efficacy evaluation indicators(VAS,TCM dysmenorrhea symptom score,CMSS)of the two groups before treatment are compared,and the two groups are comparable(P>0.05).2.TCM dysmenorrhea symptom score,CMSS,VAS: After testing,the scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the addition of warm acupuncture on Ciliao point is more effective Improve dysmenorrhea and related symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the short-term effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 81%,respectively,and the long-term effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 84.8% and 67%,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).It is suggested that the warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of Ciliao has better immediate analgesic effect and better long-term effect than the control group.Conclusion:1.Warming acupuncture and moxibustion at Ciliao point as the main treatment for PD and the single-use acupuncture group can reduce the degree of pain and reduce the incidence of related symptoms,but the effect of moxibustion is better.2.Warming acupuncture and moxibustion at Ciliao point can improve the cure rate and the long-term curative effect is better.
