Study On The Effective Operation Of The Cooperative System Of Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Group

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has adopted an experimental reform in China. In fact,16 Chinese medical reforms were established in 2011 and Yunnan Province became one of the TCM reform pilot cases. Under the background of new economic system and health care innovation, Yunnan Province chooses two medical groups as examples to reform. It is obvious that China’s health care reform is restrained by many factors now. Most independent medical stations are followed by the health care reform management, however, their repetitive construction and personal operation mode result in the waste of resources. More importantly, combined medical service system is imperfect. It is impossible to get all levels of medical information though a terminal services platform, which leads to incoherence in the access of medical information and lack of comprehensive and high-level service. On the other hand, it is also a key point to restrict Chinese medical institutions. To a certain extent, the operation model of medical institutions should pay more attention to the rationality, practicability, timeliness and operational efficiency of resource allocation.In this study of the effective functioning of the traditional Chinese medical group cooperation system, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is employed while Yunnan medical group of TCM cooperation system reform is the subject. Further, the analysis of the main Chinese medical cooperation system elements and structure characteristics will be considered respectively in the mechanism of management, management measures and project organization. Then Yunnan Province Chinese medical group cooperation system and the development should be reviewed and analyzed to draw up a strategy to solve the problems and set up the effective management measures and suggestions. This research not only aims at improving the construction of overall medical group of TCM cooperation system across the country, but also concentrates on Yunnan medical group of TCM system cooperation system development, including improving Internet operation efficiency in the medical group of TCM cooperation system, completing cooperation system of Chinese medical group as fast as possible, and improving operation process efficiency.
