| Purpose: A retrospective study was carried out based on the cases of peptic ulcer,analysis of correlation of the onset of the disease, syndrome type and the theory of Wuyunliuqi, to guide the clinical prevention and treatment.Material and method:To collect and collate medical records on January 20, 2012-February 5, 2016 met standards through electronic disease records system of Liaoning Hospital of TCM.There are 349 cases to be brought into. To establish excel database of age,gender, date of birth, endoscopy reports, time of gastroscopy and Hp infection, hospitalization time, syndrome type of TCM. To analysis of the correlation between peptic ulcer and the theory of Wuyunliuqi retrospectively.Results:1.There was a significant difference between the incidence of PU in each year.It shows a downward trend. The number of patients in 2012 is the most, a total of 110 cases, accounting for 31.52%. The number of patients in 2015 is the least, a total of 66 cases, accounting for18.91%,The infection rate of Hp has difference in each year. The infection rate in 2012 is highest 94.87%, the infection rate in 2015 is lowest one, 75.61%.2.There was a significant difference between the incidence of PU in each Zhuqi. The number of patients in second Qi is the most,it is 71, accounting for 20.34%. The infection rate of Hp does not have a significant difference in each Zhuqi.3. There was a significant difference between the incidence of PU in each Keqi. The number of patients in Taiyinshitu is the most,it is 64, accounting for 18.34%. The infection rate of Hp does not hassignificant difference in each Zhuqi.4. There was no significant difference between the incidence of PU in each Zhuyun. The infection rate of Hp has a significant difference in each Zhuyun. The infection rate of Hp is highest in third Zhuyun,it is 95.74%,5. There was no significant difference between the incidence of PU in each Keyun. The infection rate of Hp does not hassignificant difference in each Keyun.6.There was no significant between the Suiyun of date of birth,which is five Yun. There was a significant between the Suiyun of date of birth,which is Taishao.The number of patient in Shaomu and Shaohuo is the most,it is 35, accounting for 11.55%. The number of patient in Taimu is the least,it is 23, accounting for 17.16%. There was a significant between the Zhuyun of date of birth.Jinyun is the most,it is 72, accounting for 24.57%. There was a significant between the Keyun of date of birth.Tuyun is the most,it is 66, accounting for22.53%. There was a significant between the Sitianzhiqi of date of birth.Taiyinshitu is the most,it is 54, accounting for 18.43%. There was no significant between the Zhuqi and Keqi of date of birth.7. The constituent ratio of each year`s syndrome classification had a statistically significant difference,with significant difference was found in 2012 and 2014(P < 0.01),and the rest of the years had no statistical difference(P > 0.05). The constituent ratio of Keyun and Keqi`s syndrome classification had a statistically significant difference.The constituent ratio of Zhuyun and Zhuqi`s syndrome classification had no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1.The annual incidence of peptic ulcer and Hp infection rate was the ladder like a downward trend, with theory of Wuyunliuqi.2.Peptic ulcer was easy to occur in the Zhuqi of Shaoyinjunhuo and the Keqi of Taiinshitu.And it was hard to occur in the Zhuqi of Junyinfengmu and the Keqi of Shaoyangxianghuo.3.The occurrence of peptic ulcer patient’s date of birth in Shenyang area was easy to occur in the Sitian of Taiyinshitu,Zhuyun of Jin,Keyun of Tu,Suiyun of Shaomu or Shaoshui and Keyun of Shaotu.4.The year,Keyun and Keqi had an effect on peptic ulcer’s syndrome types. |
